The window is composed of hand blown flashed glass and faceted glass jewels. Photoshop C6 requires you to "convert for smart filter" before you can use the "Cut out" filter. In Photoshop, I mostly make the templates through a combination of tools/filters.
Is the key just to have 3-4 layers which everything is selected into?

From start to finish you need about 3 days: one day for gluing the glass to the frame and letting it dry, one day for gluing the glass to the glass and letting it dry, and one day to let the grout dry so you can seal it. A window I made for an Exhibition/Fundraiser at Trinity Church in Boston called TRINITY INSPIRES. ( just remember to place the glass in the oven before you heat it and let it cool before you remove it. I used the photo sandblast process to create the imagery on the glass.
Anniversaries, birthdays, special events or the portrayal of the theme of authors or Einstein are captured using computer-generated imagery or hand painting. The portraits are created using flashed glass and are surrounded by richly colored stained glass and faceted glass jewels. The dichroic coating transmits a blue color which changes to magenta at a 45 degree angle. You can use a standard tooth hanger to hang the piece, or eyehooks in the top of the frame, but avoid if at all possible using a "picture frame hanger" setup with one wire going across the back.
