No complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful.We had a great time at this hotel. The location is not far from Whole Foods and La Cumbre Plaza, and steps away is Kyoto Japanese restaurant. Central location.

The breakfast is a good snack to get you to Farmer Boy's to fill up. The bus going downtown on State Street is right across the street, and at $1.75 each way, sightseeing is easy.

This will be my home away from home when I come through Santa BarbaraAlthough the location was a little ways from Downtown and the sea front there are plenty of facilities in the local area, and the short drive was very pleasant. Rooms were a good size with fun, modern décor.

I never felt unsafe though I think the windows could use updating and the doors a more secure locking mechanism. Good price. Parking is a little tricky so get there early.
