Obituary Notification. It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Michael Slobodian on September 7, 2016 at the age of 45. Michael was born on October 8, 1970 and grew up in Transcona where he attended Murdoch MacKay Collegiate and went on to the U of W and U of M, where he completed his Bachelor of Education.
