This one in Melb is up to all the standards I would expect, friendly staff good recognition as a loyal member club rooms nicely laid out good mini bar and excessive prices but that's standard. One thing I can't stand in any hotel is bad wifi and this hotel takes the cake for thee absolute worst wifi in the world and I've stayed in many.
