This trail passes the Little Yoho and Laughing Falls backcountry campgrounds. So, basically you walk on flat lands for a while and then gain some elevation and this goes on throughout the entire hike till you reach the top which is a little past Celeste lake.

Snow is supportive, had my gaiters but didn't need them. Seriously, wow! Suncream needed during sunny days as once out if the tree line it is all exposed. I personally felt the forest in BC is a little different than Kananaskis but then again I am no expert.
