Nonetheless, dining at The Cliff House was a great way to begin our excursion in the city! We invited a couple, who live in Tiburon and are very dear friends, to join us that evening.

Two of us went on a Friday night, and expected moderate crowds based on the review. For dining we offer the casual Bistro Restaurant and the elegant Sutro’s at the Cliff House.

Sutro’s is a stylish yet casual restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning panoramic ocean views.
It was rebuilt in basically its current configuration two years after the fire. The staff were warm and friendly and very professional. That is the best part for sure!Ate here for the first time recently. We were escorted and seated right by the window and ambiance couldn't be more perfect.
The Sutro Baths was a large, privately owned public saltwater swimming pool complex in the Lands End area of the Outer Richmond District in western San Francisco, California. Our waiter kinda looked like Mick Fleetwood and had some go to jokes "Canadian duck eh." We do offer Happy Hour in our Zinc Bar. Sutro’s version of the Cliff House survived the 1906 earthquake — but burned to the ground a year later. This addition to the Cliff House features a two story dining room, a bar, and a Balcony Lounge. We made reservations prior to flying to the Bay Area. I was pleasantly surprised with our meal here  especially considering the rather low quality of the food at the bistro upstairs. We were told to go to the restaraunt at the Cliff House because "if you are a tourist you have to go."

Our meal here was superb; Dimitri, our waiter, was absolutely "spot on" with his More "Amici's customer service and delivery is exceptional. We have been here before and really enjoyed the views especially at sunset.

I wasn't blown away but it was a nice place. However, we never made it there. Sutro's at the Cliff House (not to be mistaken with the Cliff House Bistro), is a stylish yet CASUAL dining establishment focused on organic produce, great service, top fresh Seafood and local ingredients that are farmed using sustainable practices.
